Beautiful Quilt.- Sage Green and Pink - Large Size

The colours of this quilt are soft and gentle! If you like muted shades with a subtle effect this one is worth considering. As is often the case with these gorgeous Indian Quilts, one side is darker (with a sage green background,) and the other side is light with a white background. So it is truly reversible.

The floral pattern of the main part of the quilt is edged with a very pretty border featuring the sage green design intertwined with pink flowers.

Indian Block Printed Quilts are made with many processes. First the design is carved onto a wooden block which will be used to stamp the design onto the cloth which is the finest   muslin. Each colour is printed on separately. After the quilt is made it is filled with cotton wadding and lightly stitched by hand to preserve the soft fluffy nature of the quilt. 

We recommend you use with a sheet underneath so that you don't need to wash your quilt so regularly.
