Phoebe the duck is a lovely soft toy dressed very stylishly in a bluish green stripey dress with a sailor collar. Her dress is removeable and her body is made from beautiful velour which is very soft to the touch. She comes in a pink draw string carrying bag (where she can hide if life gets too much! )
